About the Role:
The Digital Operations Content Writer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital presence and communication strategies within the construction industry. This position focuses on creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that supports digital operations, project updates, and industry insights tailored to a construction audience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate complex construction processes and technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible content. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of digital content management systems and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into accessible content for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with construction companies or related industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including video scripting and graphic design basics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and write clear, concise, and accurate digital content related to construction projects, operational updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and marketing, to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Manage and update digital platforms such as websites, intranets, and social media channels with relevant and timely content.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement to increase visibility and reach within the construction sector.
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Ensure all digital content complies with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Support digital operations by creating instructional materials, FAQs, and process documentation to aid internal and external stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:
- This role may require travel on a regular/occasional basis, depending on the needs of the position.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $85K - 90K
