What you'll do

  • Provide samples of a variety of flavors of cheese curds and other products to customers at grocery stores.
  • Interact with customers, providing them with information about the cheeses, including flavor profiles, origins, and pairings.
  • Collect customer feedback and data to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Provide photos for social media accounts to promote events and share customer experiences.
  • Participate in event marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Utilize public speaking skills to confidently present cheese products at various events.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in food service or product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods for customer feedback.
  • Knowledge of social media management practices for brand promotion.
  • Sales experience with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a wider audience.
