Position: National Director – Multifamily
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $105,000 base + OTE $150,000

VendHub – A centralized platform for equipment financing, inventory management, and lead generation.
AIMS (AI Managed Services) – Extending our AI-driven sales and operational systems to other B2B industries.
We're seeking a results-driven, strategic sales leader to own our enterprise sales function within the multifamily sector.
This high-impact role focuses on national revenue growth, managing large, multi-location accounts, and building long-term client relationships.
Lead and close high-value deals with REITs, property management firms, and multifamily operators
Develop and execute account-based strategies tailored to complex, multi-location clients
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding
Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and growth
Coordinate nationwide deployments via a local operator network
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts
Expand Modern Amenities' market presence and position as a premium solution provider
5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in real estate or multifamily
Proven track record of growing and retaining large, multi-location accounts
Experience navigating complex decision-making processes across national portfolios
Strong understanding of NOI drivers, facilities management, and vendor relationships
Self-motivated, strategic, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Background in REITs, multifamily property management, or commercial real estate tech
Experience negotiating complex, long-term enterprise contracts
Familiarity with account-based selling (ABS) and enterprise sales frameworks
Ability to position emerging solutions against established competitors
Base Salary: $105,000 per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000, tied to performance milestones
Full remote flexibility
