Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Designer to lead initiatives in our high-performance marketing team. This role blends advanced UX design, graphic design, and performance marketing to architect and optimize sales funnels that drive customer acquisition and conversion from cold traffic. You will not only lead ideation around iterative design concepts but also build, implement, and analyze them, spearheading the development of marketing and sales campaigns. From time to time, you will support other teams by creating engaging social content and providing graphic and animation assistance when needed. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Funnel Creation and Optimization:

Lead the design, implementation, and refinement of comprehensive sales funnels for cold traffic, applying advanced UX principles to maximize conversion rates, user engagement, and ROI.
- Drip Campaign Management:

Strategize, build, and optimize automated sales drip campaigns, including sophisticated email sequences, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows to advance prospects through complex buyer's journeys.
- Occasional Social Media and Video Support:

From time to time, assist other teams by developing social posts, graphics, and visuals; and providing graphic design and simple animation support to the video production team to enhance content quality.
- Performance Analysis and Iteration:

Analyze funnel and campaign performance using advanced analytics, lead A/B testing initiatives, and leverage data insights to iterate on designs and tactics for superior outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align on goals, incorporate feedback, and maintain excellence in usability and design.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in funnel optimization, conversion-driven projects, and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or similar for creating graphics, animations, and UX wireframes.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing principles, including cold traffic acquisition, lead nurturing, and key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office team setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation and funnel-building platforms such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar tools.
  • General knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom landing page tweaks.
  • Background in e-commerce or B2C marketing environments.
  • A portfolio showcasing funnel designs, drip campaigns, social graphics, and animations.
