Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion & Optimization Specialist to drive revenue growth in our high-performance marketing team. This role focuses on architecting and refining sales funnels that maximize conversions from cold traffic, leveraging strong UX design principles, compelling copywriting, and rigorous data analysis. You will handle the end-to-end process of building, testing, and optimizing funnels and drip campaigns to enhance user journeys and boost ROI. Ideal for an analytical thinker with a creative edge, this position empowers you to influence our marketing strategies in a collaborative, in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Building and Optimization
: Design and implement high-converting sales funnels tailored for cold traffic, incorporating UX best practices to streamline user experiences and improve engagement. - Drip Campaign Development
: Create and optimize automated drip campaigns, including email sequences, landing pages, and nurturing workflows, with a focus on persuasive copywriting to guide prospects through the buyer's journey. - Data Analysis and Iteration
: Conduct in-depth performance analysis using analytics tools, perform A/B testing and multivariate experiments, and apply insights to refine funnels, copy, and designs for measurable improvements in conversion rates, CTR, and ROI. - Copywriting and Content Strategy
: Craft compelling, conversion-focused copy for funnels, emails, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with audience needs and brand voice. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align on objectives, gather stakeholder input, and integrate optimizations across channels. - Reporting and Strategy
: Monitor key metrics, generate reports on funnel performance, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, funnel building, or performance marketing, with a proven track record in driving conversions through data and design.
- Strong UX design knowledge, including user flow mapping, wireframing, and usability principles.
- Proficiency in copywriting for digital marketing, with examples of high-converting content.
- Expertise in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar, and experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, including cold traffic acquisition, lead nurturing, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, visual design and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office team setting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with funnel-building platforms such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page customizations.
- Background in e-commerce or B2C marketing environments.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Experience with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful funnel optimizations and conversion uplifts.
