Titan Chair LLC is one of the largest distributors of massage chairs in North America, representing leading brands such as Osaki, Titan, and Futuro. We sell nationwide through major retailers (Costco, Sam's Club, Amazon, Wayfair, Ashley, etc.), and our digital presence plays a critical role in driving brand awareness and online sales. We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & E-Commerce Strategist to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated strategist who can manage our social media channels, develop digital content, and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales across Amazon, our branded websites, and other digital marketplaces. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—someone who can build strong digital campaigns, optimize listings, and grow an engaged online audience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management (50%)

  • Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar
  • Develop creative video content highlighting product features, lifestyle benefits, and promotions
  • Manage brand voice, community engagement, comments, and messaging
  • Run paid social campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and retargeting

E-Commerce & Amazon Strategy (50%)

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central (SEO-rich titles, bullets, A+ content, brand store)
  • Oversee product listings on Shopify and other digital platforms
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, MAP compliance, promotions, and competitor activity
  • Drive online sales through PPC advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta)
  • Analyze traffic, conversions, and KPIs to improve performance
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations to launch product pages and campaigns

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or e-commerce marketing (Amazon experience required)
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and content creation
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and marketplace listing tools
  • Ability to shoot/edit short-form video content preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with wellness, fitness, tech, or consumer electronics industries is a plus
