Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to connect with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content creation, graphic design, analytics, and social media management tools, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and monitor engagement.
  • Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts.
  • Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics, Web analytics tools, and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to enhance brand reputation through strategic messaging.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring content aligns with current marketing campaigns.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and tone before publishing.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster community relationships.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, video editing, and related fields.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing software.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding consistency.
  • Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with online communities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling visual content including photography and videos.
