About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to who would play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy from the ground up. You will contribute in the end-to-end marketing journey: from launching new products and defining go-to-market strategies, to engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) and developing clinical content that resonates with healthcare professionals. We are looking for someone who understands wound, ostomy, and continence (WOC) care, critical care, and infection prevention.
The ideal candidate brings an ownership mindset and a strong bias for action. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution You'll collaborate with a global, cross-functional team of talented and driven professionals who share a passion for transforming healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Launch and Strategy
Own the full lifecycle of new product launches, from market research and positioning to go-to-market planning and execution. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and commercial success of our product portfolio. Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
· Clinical Content Creation
Own the development of compelling, evidence-based clinical content, including brochures, digital assets, and training materials. Translate complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights for healthcare professionals, using storytelling to bring real-world impact to life.
· KOL Engagement
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in critical care, WOC, and infection prevention to develop and publish case studies, white papers, posters, and other clinical content. Leverage these collaborations to showcase real-world outcomes to strengthen clinical credibility.
· Lead Generation
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, including social media, website SEO, email outreach, webinars, and targeted clinical initiatives, to build a strong pipeline that fuels growth. Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify target accounts and optimize messaging. Continuously analyze lead quality, conversion metrics, and market insights to refine strategy and maximize ROI.

Conferences and Events
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creatives, booth designs, benchtop models, videos, and presentations that showcase compelling clinical outcomes. Plan, execute, and manage Consure Medical's presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and clinical events, driving engagement with key stakeholders.
Relevant Experience:
· 2-4 years of relevant experience in wound care, critical care, or infection prevention product lines.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Health Sciences related discipline from top tier college.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite.
· Experience handling CRM such as Freshsales, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho
· Strong written and verbal (English) communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Good design acumen. Knowledge of creating basic infographics, reels, videos, and posts for social media.
