Our Entry Level Assistant Manager will be entrusted with delivering quality account support and executing proven sales solutions to generate and increase revenue on behalf of our client. It is essential that the ideal Entry Level Assistant Manager candidate demonstrates a growth-oriented mindset, the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the aptitude for making decisive and effective choices. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:

  • Interact with customers to effectively educate them about our client's products and services, leading them through the sales process and securing qualified prospects.
  • Guide and support fellow team members by teaching essential account and sales techniques to improve their skills and performance.
  • Utilize outstanding customer service and negotiation skills to build a strong sales pipeline and foster enduring customer loyalty.
  • Partner with senior leadership to set and surpass challenging sales and customer service targets, fueling significant revenue growth for clients.
  • Perform a comprehensive analysis of customer needs, providing customized solutions, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Foster a cooperative and inclusive team atmosphere through consistent, professional communication with entry-level team members, enhancing synergy and collective success.
  • Remain thoroughly knowledgeable about product details, market trends, and industry regulations, ensuring the team is empowered to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sustained sales growth.

Key Attributes of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a team-oriented environment, across any industry, is required.
  • A degree in sales, marketing, business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Outstanding ability to excel in high-pressure situations and engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and address challenges effectively.
  • A strong ability to adjust to multifaceted client needs and evolving business environments.
  • Proficient negotiation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • A strong sense of professionalism, combined with exceptional communication skills and an unyielding commitment to exceeding customer expectations and sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51, $64,000.00 per year
