About the Opportunity
Lelulo Resource Partners is actively recruiting a Business Development Representative for one of our fast-growing client partners in Des Moines, IA area. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term sales career in a stable, high-demand financial services industry while receiving structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement.
This role is well-suited for candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, inside sales, marketing, or call center environments who want to transition into professional B2C and B2B sales.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage new clients through outbound leads
- Educate clients on available financial protection and service solutions
- Schedule and conduct appointments in person and/or virtually
- Build rapport and trust with prospective clients
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain organized client records
- Collaborate with senior account managers and leadership
- Participate in sales training and professional development sessions

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- No night shifts
- No overnight travel
- In-person role in Des Moines, IA
