Senior Business Analyst – Compliance Process Documentation
Duration:
6- month Contract

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (T/W/TH onsite)

Location:
Des Moines, IA

Pay Range:
$55-65hr

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to define and document current and future state business processes across multiple departments. This role will support a compliance-focused initiative in partnership with Legal and Compliance leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interviews with business stakeholders and SMEs to capture over
    80 compliance-related processes.
  • Document workflows using detailed
    Visio
    swim lane diagrams, including roles and steps.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas.
  • Summarize findings and propose solutions for
    process improvements, controls, technology, and reporting.
  • Develop future-state workflows based on recommendations and stakeholder input.
  • Communicate effectively with front-line representatives, SMEs, and business leaders throughout the project.
  • P&C Insurance experience highly preferred
