The Opportunity: Regional VP, Sales (1x East / 1xWest)

The company is expanding its go-to-market organization and hiring a
Regional VP of Sales
to drive growth, manage enterprise relationships, and build market presence across a key U.S. territory.

This role suits a
dynamic, results-driven enterprise sales leader
with a strong cybersecurity background, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed company targets
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Track pipeline metrics and forecast accurately to drive predictable growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure customer success and alignment
  • Represent the company at key industry events and security conferences

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5–10+ years in
    enterprise cybersecurity sales leadership
  • Proven track record driving ARR growth in high-velocity environments
  • Skilled in developing and executing strategic territory plans
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Deep relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as
    MEDDIC / MEDDPICC
  • Excited by
    early-stage, high-growth environments
    where you can build and scale
