Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Creative Content & Email Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing engaging email marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and design to enhance customer engagement and drive e-commerce success. The ideal candidate is proficient in various design tools and marketing platforms, with a strong understanding of customer segmentation and marketing automation.
Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing email templates using Adobe Photoshop and HTML/CSS that align with brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot.
- Utilize customer segmentation strategies to tailor content for specific audiences, enhancing engagement rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize performance based on analytics insights.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling copy that drives conversions while ensuring brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
- Manage marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously enhance email marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and SQL is essential for this role.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including e-commerce strategies and customer segmentation techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance effectively.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing to refine marketing approaches based on data-driven insights.
