About Us:

Trinity Commercial Cleaning is a trusted name in the Lake Norman area, providing professional cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, and commercial buildings. We're looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator with strong graphic design and writing skills to help us elevate our brand presence online.

Position Overview:

This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who can bring our company's voice to life across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content that reflects our company's professionalism, community values, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create branded graphics and marketing materials consistent with our visual identity
  • Write and publish monthly blog posts for our website
  • Develop and send email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp
  • Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm campaign ideas and highlight company initiatives
  • Monitor engagement and suggest creative ways to grow audience reach

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or graphic design
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for clean, professional design
