We are seeking a creative and strategically minded Social Content Lead to help tell our brand story through impactful, data-driven social media content. In this role, you will drive creative ideation, strategy, and execution of social campaigns across platforms and regions—ensuring consistency, engagement, and storytelling excellence.

About the Role

As the Social Content Lead, you will take ownership of social content strategy and production across multiple formats and platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, PR, and creative teams, as well as agency partners, to craft content that informs, inspires, and builds brand trust.

This role blends creativity with analytical insight—balancing innovation with a strong sense of brand identity and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation and Production

  • Lead the development and production of social content across multiple formats including video, static images, stories, reels, GIFs, carousels, and animations.
  • Experiment with new storytelling techniques and emerging platform features to drive engagement and reach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative concepts that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Translate strategic goals and narratives into compelling visual and written stories optimized for each social platform.

Brand Consistency and Localization

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across global and regional social channels.
  • Develop and manage content toolkits, guidelines, and asset libraries to support regional teams and partners.
  • Support localization efforts by adapting content for cultural and regional relevance while maintaining brand integrity.

Workflow and Platform Management

  • Utilize Adobe Workfront to manage creative workflows, approvals, and asset delivery.
  • Manage social media post scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking within Sprinklr, ensuring timely execution and alignment with campaign calendars.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social content strategy, digital storytelling, or creative production within an agency or in-house marketing environment.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple social platforms and content formats.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content analytics.
  • Proficiency with creative and collaboration tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront, Sprinklr, or equivalent platforms).
  • Excellent writing, visual communication, and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, accessible stories.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $43.86 per hour
