Project Executive - Solar EPC (Hybrid/NC)

About the Role:

A dynamic and growing renewable energy company is seeking a motivated Project Executive to support the development and execution of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry leaders and contribute to the growth of renewable energy infrastructure across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Execution for the group in the North Carolina area.
  • Lead project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and clients.
  • Support site selection, permitting, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial models.
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in project management, renewable energy, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
