About the Role: Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you'll represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events, public outreach programs, and community campaigns. Your goal is to foster genuine connections, educate the public, and inspire action in support of important causes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members at events, street outreach, and public spaces

  • Communicate nonprofit missions, fundraising efforts, and social causes clearly and passionately

  • Build and maintain relationships with supporters to increase advocacy and donor retention

  • Assist with organizing and supporting community outreach campaigns and fundraising events

  • Collaborate with team members to meet outreach goals and improve engagement strategies

  • Track outreach activities and report on community response and impact

Who You Are

  • Outgoing, approachable, and confident in public-facing roles

  • Passionate about social change, community development, and nonprofit work

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally

  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or volunteering is a plus but not required
