The Talent Acquisition Specialist for Brightview Senior Living will partner with our corporate, regional and community-based leadership teams to meet our talent needs and proactively help us grow the organization while promoting us as the senior living employer of choice with the strongest culture in the business
Brightview is a growing, privately- held company based out of Baltimore, MD that owns, develops and manages over 48 high-end Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in 8 states throughout the Mid- Atlantic, New York Metro and New England markets and a consistent growth plan of opening 2-4 new communities per year.
This role will be based out of Baltimore, MD and offers a hybrid work environment that includes remote working flexibility of up to 50%.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will continuously and effectively find, attract and retain STAR associates and will have responsibility for building a pipeline of future talent through sourcing, networking and social media. You will use your knowledge of Brightview's culture, leadership principles and approach to senior living, in addition to an impressive technology stack, to build your awareness of the competitive senior living environment in order to effectively recruit industry and professional talent while focusing on providing an outstanding candidate experience.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the recruiting process for our community, home office and regional leadership positions by coordinating the efforts of our hiring managers and subject matter experts to effectively and efficiently fill our management vacancies as a result or turnover, promotions and new community openings. Other responsibilities include representing Brightview in interviews, recruitment events, industry conferences, and other venues to promote our brand, in addition to working creatively and systematically to help our teams overcome and solve recruitment challenges.

Salary RangeUSD $85, USD $100,000.00 /Hr.
Compensation Disclosure
The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 3 years' recruiting experience, preferably at the Corporate level; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience recruiting for leadership positions is highly preferred as is Multi-site experience.
- Exceptional computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and a proven ability to capitalize on emerging technologies and quickly master new applications.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS experience is ideal), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, AI tools, and other recruiting and sourcing technologies strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with sourcing passive candidates through networking, technology and social media.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly connect and communicate effectively, in person or by phone, with individuals with a wide variety of experiences, backgrounds, and skill levels.
- Excellent ability to work with all levels of the organization and adapt style to meet customer needs.
- Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to work with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of multiple, cross-functional teams.
