• Making calls/sending emails to a large volume of customers with past due balances


• Keeping good notes of conversations in the ERP


• Communicating with management on findings


• Sending invoice copies

• Negotiation skills/prior collection experience (B2B)


• Confidence in having hard conversations and asking hard questions


• Professionalism coupled with being tough on the expectations of the customer


• Phone/computer/email/Microsoft Excel skills

Work Environment


• Onsite 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, 3 month contract

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $25.00/hr.
