Title: Collections Specialist

Description

Job duties would consist of the following:


• Making calls/sending emails to a large volume of customers with past due balances


• Keeping good notes of conversations in the ERP


• Communicating with management on findings


• Sending invoice copies

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Skills should include:


• Negotiation skills/prior collection experience (Business to Business)


• Confidence in having hard conversations and asking hard questions


• Professionalism coupled with being tough on the expectations of the customer


• Phone/computer/email/Microsoft Excel skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $25.00/hr.
