We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, visiting clients in person and promoting our staffing and recruitment services to organizations across various industries.

to join our high-performing team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering staffing solutions that make a real impact.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of our business—leading client outreach, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our direct hire services. You'll work closely with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their talent needs and deliver customized solutions that fuel their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries, acting as a trusted advisor for their hiring needs.
  • Present and sell direct hire staffing solutions tailored to client goals and challenges.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospects and clients to understand needs and close deals.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets through strategic outreach and account growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    sales within the recruiting/staffing industry
    (direct hire experience preferred).
  • Strong track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
