About us
Bacchus Management Group is a boutique Bay-Area based restaurant and hospitality business, specializing in food, wine, spirits, coffee, and consulting. Bacchus owns and operates several of Northern California's most acclaimed restaurants, including Michelin-starred The Village Pub in Woodside and Selby's in Atherton, as well as Spruce in San Francisco, each recognized with Wine Spectator Grand Awards. We also operate Pizza Antica (Lafayette and San Jose), Augustine in San Jose, and several new San Francisco concepts—La Connessa, Louie's Original, and Magic Donuts—with more to come. Beyond our restaurants, Bacchus includes a wholesale coffee and custom roasting business, a bespoke chocolate company, collaborations with international winemakers and spirits distillers, and a new commissary bakery providing breads and pastries to our properties.
Bacchus was built on a foundation of warm and gracious hospitality and a belief that everyone should leave a Bacchus experience happier than when they arrived.

Job Summary

- You're resilient in stressful situations and always able to handle last minute requests.
- For over four years, you've been a key ingredient in the success of a full-service, high-volume kitchen.
- You have basic knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
- You are caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
