Highly acclaimed Urban Kitchen Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for it's flagship location in Bankers Hill, CUCINA urbana

The Chef de Partie leads a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared, cooked and presented to the highest standards of quality, consistency and food safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a designated kitchen station efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene and food safety at all times.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Support with product ordering, inventory management and expediting as needed.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience required.
  • Fine dining experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

Pay Range:

$23 - $25/hr + Tips (approximately $3 in tips per hour)
