We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist drivers and ensure operational readiness for deliveries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient shipping and receiving processes. This role serves as a key point of communication between drivers, management, and customers while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with company standards.

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 DOE

Shift: Monday – Friday from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS

  • Clean Background
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • High school diploma or equivalent – Required
  • One year logistics experience and knowledge – Preferred

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manager & Supervisor Support – Provide ongoing administrative and operational assistance to the site manager and supervisor.
  • Driver Support – Provide dispatch assistance, respond to driver inquiries, and facilitate package scan verification.
  • Coverage – Fill in on delivery routes as required to maintain service levels.
  • Training Support – Assist in onboarding and training distribution drivers on SOPs, route efficiency, and customer service expectations.
  • Communication Management – Monitor/respond to emails and phone calls promptly throughout the day.
