Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our growing U.S. team. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional with 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the nutraceutical, food, or health supplement space. You'll manage key customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and help drive the company's continued success in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through strong relationship management and consistent follow-up.
  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in the nutraceutical, vitamin, beverage, and health supplement industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new prospects, and competitive opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent Toyond at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience; experience in nutraceuticals, food ingredients, or health products is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ideally reside in Southern California and be able to work 2–3 days per week in our local office (hybrid role).
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $65, $100,000.00 per year
