Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP System Administrator, located in Charlotte, NC. The ERP System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of ERP systems, including implementing updates, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. The role also involves managing network administration and other information technology tasks to ensure the stability and efficiency of all systems within the company. This hands-on role supports Thibaut's ERP system and integrated platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, reliability, and user support across business operations.

Qualifications

  • System Administration and Network Administration skills
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
  • Experience in Information Technology systems and processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience supporting IT hardware in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
