We're seeking an experienced and creative Event Marketing Manager to drive marketing events — including webinars, community meetups, partner programs, trade shows, and product launches — that elevate EMQ's brand and engage our customers, customers , customer, and partner communities.

What You'll Do


• Own EMQ's webinar program, community meetups — from content planning and speaker coordination to promotion and performance tracking.


• Lead end-to-end event execution: strategy, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management.


• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver engaging events that highlight EMQ's innovation in IoT, IIoT, MQTT, AI, and Data technologies.


• Represent EMQ at industry trade shows and conferences across the U.S. and Canada.


• Drive partner and ecosystem events to strengthen partnership.


• Track event ROI, gather attendee insights, and continuously optimize future initiatives.

What You Bring


• U.S. citizenship is required.


• 2+ years of experience in event or field marketing within a software or technology company.


• Proven success managing webinars, community meetups, partner events, and trade shows.


• Understanding of IoT, IIoT, MQTT, AI, and Data technologies.


• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.


• Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing tools.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
