The (USA) Staff, Technical Program Manager leads the planning and execution of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies. About the team:

The Technical Program Management team supports engineering groups in delivering complex projects efficiently and effectively. By streamlining processes, removing obstacles, and encouraging collaboration, the team enables clear communication and faster execution. They focus on aligning multiple stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement across initiatives. Leveraging expertise in program management, agile methodologies, and technology solutions, the team ensures successful delivery of impactful outcomes. What you'll do:

  • Define and manage program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high-complexity technical programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance across systems and platforms.
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and defects throughout program lifecycle, driving continuous process improvements.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize program delivery and operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support program success.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise in program management, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of medium to high-complexity technical programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and secure commitments across cross-functional groups.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and process improvement to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of technology solutions, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure to guide technical design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster collaboration.
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, negotiate priorities, and drive continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $121, $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
