Equifax is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to coordinate and drive the successful execution of our core technology initiatives, specifically focusing on Equifax's identity theft and protections platforms. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, aligned roadmaps, and consistent program governance across internal teams and our USIS counterparts.

What You'll Do:
 

Program Governance:

  • Responsible for coordinating between Workforce Solutions and USIS business units to establish and maintain an appropriate governance framework.
  • Schedule and lead recurring project meetings, driving action items and accountability.
  • Maintain key program documentation, including the RACI matrix and other documentation of roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and manage timely escalations to senior leadership, ensuring risks and roadblocks are addressed.

Executive Communications:

  • Develop high-quality presentation materials and status updates for senior leadership, providing an accurate and transparent view of program health, milestones, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with various workstreams to accurately reflect their activities and identify any emergent risks in leadership reports.
  • Roadmap & Requirements:
  • Partner with Product leadership to develop a clear, achievable timeline of deliverables for new features built into the MyEquifax platform.
  • Facilitate the gathering of comprehensive business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.
     

Vendor & Operational Support:

  • Support the onboarding process for new vendors and manage changes to existing vendor agreements.
  • Work closely with our Operations teams to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and talk tracks are promptly updated for any changes to the product or its features.

Development Planning:

  • Collaborate with Technology teams to develop a clear timeline of deliverables for the development and deployment of MyEquifax features.
  • Coordinate the creation of a joint roadmap across both EWS and USIS to ensure technical timelines are aligned and dependencies are clearly identified, tracked, and managed.

Issue Resolution:

  • Act as a central point of contact to manage and escalate issues across various technology teams and up to senior leadership, ensuring quick resolution to maintain project velocity.

Sales and Product Focused Initiatives as needed:

  • Focus on enabling revenue growth for the Employer Services organization through proactive identification, development and execution of cross-functional programs, internal and external communication and will leverage knowledge of the Employer Services strategic vision and understanding of our markets and customers to drive program initiatives.

What experience you need:

  • 5+ years experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Product Management.
  • Bachelors degree 

What sets you apart:

  • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira and Aha
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, etc.).
  • Experience working on software development products is desired.
  • Previously managed projects in the technology space.
  • Exceptional skills in creating clear, concise executive-level presentation materials.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks (e.g., RACI) and project lifecycle methodologies.
  • Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans and technical requirements.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating technical and business teams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and manage complex dependencies and technology escalations.
