Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Marketing Manager in Software Industry, based in the Menlo Park, San Francisco Bay Area. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, including trade shows. In this role, will work closely with Product Manager and Marketing Manager, coordinate with sales teams to align event strategies, manage event logistics, and ensure successful event implementation. The role involves overseeing event budgets, negotiating with vendors, and analyzing event performance to optimize future events and marketing growth.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Event Marketing, Event Planning, and Event Management for Software Industry

Experience in organizing trade shows and other large-scale events

Proven ability to coordinate closely with Product Manager and Sales teams

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Ability to analyze event performance and optimize for future events

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred

Experience in the technology or IoT industry is a plus
