About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized Office Assistant who also brings hands-on experience in digital marketing and Google Analytics. This role combines general office support with light marketing duties to help drive business growth and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and office support (scheduling, email, filing)
  • Assist with marketing tasks: social media, email campaigns, basic design
  • Monitor website traffic and marketing performance using Google Analytics
  • Help maintain website updates (Wix or other platforms)
  • Track marketing metrics and prepare simple reports

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of admin or marketing experience
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital tools
  • Basic knowledge of social media and online advertising
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Wix, Canva, or Google Ads
