Role Description:

This is a full-time, hybrid (4 days on-site & 1 day remote) role for an Administrative Assistant located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Arizona and Florida Supply Chain directors and their teams. Key responsibilities include comprehensive calendar management, management of office supplies, travel arrangements for directors, and event planning. Digital administrative tasks involve maintaining department distribution lists and organizational charts, as well as administering and organizing key department sites on Teams and SharePoint.

Qualifications:

· Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance skills

· Proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Office 365, Co-Pilot, and ChatGPT

· Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Clerical tasks

· Strong Communication skills

· Attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

· Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous

· High school diploma or equivalent education level
