Senior Account Executive

Looking for a unique Senior Account Executive / Team Leader with a strong, fast-growing company in the print and signage space — and it's truly a career-launching opportunity for the right builder.
This isn't a typical sales job. It's a territory start-up + leadership path rolled into one. You'll begin in the field building new business, expanding the Sacramento market, and setting the standard for the team. At the same time, you'll start mentoring a small group, with the chance to recruit, train, and develop your own sales force as the region grows.
As the team scales, you'll transition into a full leadership role with direct influence over strategy, territory alignment, and long-term growth. The right person will grow into VP as the West Coast build-out continues.
Compensation grows with the role: strong base salary, your own commissions, and additional team commissions as you move into full leadership. Your impact directly drives your income.
Who we're excited to meet:
- A proven closer with strong business development experience (print, signage, packaging, or related industries a plus)
- Someone who has successfully mentored or coached sales reps
- A high-energy, hands-on builder who thrives in the field and loves motivating a team
- Someone excited about weekly travel between Sacramento, Fresno, and Los Angeles
- Ideally based in Sacramento
