Location: Franklin, TN | Full-timeAs Office Manager, you will serve the ministry by managing the day-to-day operations and office support activities of Integrity Music. This person will function as a primary point of internal and external contact representing Integrity Music in a professional manner as well as assist the Executive Administrator & Nashville Operations with special projects and provide administrative support where assigned. Additionally, this role will have responsibilities in security, facilities, and reception requiring experience and willingness to engage in security-related procedures.Key Responsibilities:Anticipate and resolve routine issues; demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and flexibilityCoordinate meeting logistics, including room/equipment reservations, meals, and materialsSupport onboarding: prepare packets, assist with paperwork, and guide new hiresDevelop and maintain efficient office procedures aligned with organizational goalsOversee general office management, including reception, mail (i.e., sending/receiving/delivering), kitchen upkeep, and supply inventoryManage building access, visitor logs, and facility security in coordination with corporate securityConsult with vendors, building management, and emergency services; coordinate drills and trainingOversee purchasing, equipment maintenance, expenses, and serve as liaison to HQ in Colorado SpringsPlan and support office events, staff meetings, and Town HallsMaintain confidentiality and discern proper escalation of sensitive informationProvide admin support to the Sr. HR Business Partner during onboarding and orientationsCheerfully assist with special projects and other duties as assignedAbout UsIntegrity Music, a division of David C Cook, is a passionate community of creatives, worship leaders, and artists dedicated to equipping the global Church with powerful worship experiences.
