Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual, and organized Human Resources Technician to support the HR operations of our U.S. division. This key role ensures compliance with employee records, manages HR administrative processes, and upholds the quality of our internal procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of employee files and documentation.
  • Process, verify, and record all HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems à both paper and digital, as well as HR databases.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding their personal records or HR processes.
  • Manage the HR CORP email inbox.
  • Complete and verify the compliance of onboarding forms, including Form I-9, to ensure adherence to U.S. regulations.
  • Conduct employment background checks.
  • Translate HR and other company documents as needed.
  • Update databases with relevant information: employment, tax, background, references, etc.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as required.
  • Any other administrative tasks that may be requested.

Profile Sought

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer tools and systems.
  • Available to travel throughout the United States and Canada as needed.
  • Must have valid documentation for entry into Canada (visa, passport, etc.).

ividual will work 100% remotely until a new office opens in Jupiter, Florida. They must also be available to travel to various locations across the United States as needed, and occasionally to Canada.
