Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and project management, with proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to enhance customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the organization.
  • Oversee project management initiatives related to business development efforts, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning decisions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $87, $105,809.43 per year
