Position Summary:
This role drives seamless operations and quality execution across CTI by providing integrated oversight across strategic, operational, risk, and project functions.
- Acts as the glue that connects the organization, overseeing the full book of work across financial and resource management, risk mitigation, process optimization and portfolio delivery to ensure seamless execution and alignment across CTI
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and execution of key priorities. Manages executive operations, drives effective collaboration, and upholds high standards for decision-making, processes, and analytical rigor. Acts as a proxy in key internal and external meetings to support desired outcomes
- Drives strategic and annual planning, translating goals into actionable initiatives and clear communications. Drives transparency, engagement, and alignment across teams while championing operational excellence and cross-functional efficiency
- Acts as a strategic integrator and embedded partner, facilitating communication, collaboration, and cross-team alignment identifying and resolving bottlenecks, enabling seamless execution of key initiatives through proactive problem-solving and end-to-end oversight
- Serves as the point person for coordination of business activities including staff meeting agendas/logistics, resource forecasting, requisition/hiring management (resource strategy), personnel processes, workspace governance, engagement activities, communication and articulates risks and opportunities to forecast
- Develops executive level presentations and communications
- Applies strong analytical, financial management, and organization skills to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ensure operational efficiency
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and executive presence
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in project management or business support roles; experience with business operations, financial oversight, and/or workforce management/hiring
- Ability to deconstruct complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
- Must have ability and demonstrated experience to create effective senior executive presentations that distill complex information into key, concise messages with strong word count economy
- Ability to navigate and influence at all levels in the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
- Ability to synthesize data and identify areas for improvement, challenge, recommend and drive action; knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
- Highly strategic and analytical thinker who can think long-term while balancing day-to-day operational needs
- A master problem solver able to constantly think five steps ahead, anticipating and solving needs before they occur with creative and practical solutions
- Independent thinker who is proactive and takes initiative to solve business problems
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency. Even when there are numerous priorities, tasks, and deadlines, you are not easily flustered. You can multitask and prioritize quickly, smartly and based on the needs of the business and of leadership

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in finance or business support preferred
- Global Technology experience
- Cloud technology experience
- Network and/or Security Infrastructure Technology experience
- Working knowledge of bank policies, programs and procedures
- Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and executive routine coordination
Job Description:
Manages diverse business services functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be global in scope. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.
Responsibilities may include budget analysis and recommendations, operations analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement. Resolves personnel, audit and/or budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual problems, administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department. Requires an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the departments functional operations. May direct workflow activities.
