  • Serve as a liaison between the Employee Engagement and Opportunity & Inclusion Councils to ensure alignment and amplify impact.

Data-Driven Insights & Executive Reporting

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of employee engagement metrics at the EET and SLT levels, identifying trends over the past 2–3 years.

  • Create awareness of the organization's purpose through communication strategies that enhance reputation, enable employees, and deepen relationships.
  • Craft compelling narratives and visuals that bring engagement data and initiatives to life.
  • Support change management efforts that align with organizational transformation and employee needs.

Decision-Making & Influence

  • Present structured, well-supported, and clearly articulated points of view that balance risk/reward tradeoffs.
  • Influence senior leaders with insights that drive meaningful action and cultural transformation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner on engagement strategy and employee sentiment

Why You'll Love It Here

  • You'll be empowered to lead with purpose and shape a culture that reflects our values.
  • You'll work with collaborative, forward-thinking leaders who value innovation and inclusion.
  • You'll make a real impact—not just on metrics, but on people's lives and careers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with engagement platforms and survey tools is a plus.
  • A deep commitment to inclusion, equity, and creating spaces where everyone can thrive.
