Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internet inquiries and phone calls from interested car shoppers, schedule appointments for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team, follow up, confirm, and reschedule appointments, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Appointment setting, call center, automotive BDC sales, CRM management, and handling inbound/outbound customer communication experience is preferred
