Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing online sales initiatives and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales.

**NO COLD CALLING- OVER 500 INQUIRIES FROM CUSTOMERS PER MONTH**

Confirm all appointments until they show. Must maintain a 60% daily show ratio

Duties

  • Manage and optimize the online sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
  • Engage in high-end sales negotiations with clients, leveraging strong communication skills to close deals.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining accurate records in CRM software and tracking the sales pipeline.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both via phone and email.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or high-end retail sectors.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations is advantageous for understanding the industry landscape.
  • Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong verbal communication skills for effective outreach.
  • Organizational skills that facilitate efficient inventory control and management.
  • Background in marketing strategies that drive online engagement and conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $7,000.00 per month
