We're looking for a Sales Manager who isn't just chasing a title but a challenge. Someone who wants to lead a team, ignite belief, raise standards, and create unstoppable momentum in our Outside Sales Lead Generation department.

This role oversees our canvassing and event teams the frontline ambassadors who spark the first moment of possibility for our homeowners. If you thrive on energy, accountability, and inspiring people to become the best version of themselves, this isn't just a job… This is your arena.

Responsibilities:


• Lead and elevate a team of Canvassers and Event Marketers, helping them grow their confidence, skills, and impact

  • Build a culture where reps feel unstoppable supported, challenged, and driven by purpose
  • Oversee daily field operations, structure, and performance for both canvassing and event teams
  • Train your team to make meaningful first impressions that open doors and create trust
  • Drive powerful, consistent lead flow to fuel our in-home sales team
  • Set clear expectations, celebrate progress, and hold high standards that inspire excellence
  • Develop strategies that maximize neighborhood opportunities and event engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure every campaign and event hits maximum potential
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new talent with an eye for passion, potential, and grit

Requirements:

  • A natural leader with the ability to influence, motivate, and bring out the best in others

  • Comfort managing a fast paced, field based operation with multiple moving parts
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $150,000.00 per year
