Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to work with our brand manager. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Utilize available tools to schedule posts, monitor performance, and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Participate in social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and public relations efforts.
  • Support e-commerce activities by promoting products through effective social media campaigns.
  • Proofread content for accuracy and consistency before publication.
  • Assist in photography and video editing for promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content creation and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail for proofreading purposes.
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising is advantageous but not required.
