We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive marketing and communication projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing and communication projects across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.).
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and executed.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for internal and client use.
  • Facilitate project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and post-mortem analyses for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a marketing, advertising, or communications agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaigns, and channels.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
