We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to join our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our enterprise sales strategy, cultivating key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the United States. As a pivotal leader, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets with a focus on large-scale enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed business revenue goals within the enterprise segment. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team, providing guidance, feedback, and ongoing professional development. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at major enterprise accounts. Sales Execution: Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative and solutions-oriented approach. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategy and identify areas for growth. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and enhance the overall customer experience. Reporting: Analyze sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role. Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large enterprise clients across diverse industries. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage remote and on-site sales teams. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Willingness and ability to travel as needed within the United States. Compensation: Annual Base Salary: $180,000$220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance Bonus: Attractive commission and incentive structure based on individual and team sales targets.
