About Our Client

This opportunity is with a well-established, mid-sized organization in the construction services sector. They do over $700M+ annual revenue nationally and are headquartered out of Worcester, MA.

Job Description
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:
  • Proven experience managing construction projects within the Business Services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • A degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
