Job Description
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in healthcare, education, life science & research, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery within the agreed parameters.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships and achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to foster professional growth and ensure project success.
- Monitor and control project risks to minimize potential issues and delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for construction project management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive should have:
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in healthcare, education, life science & research, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $265,000 annually.
