Computer Support Specialist

Pay Range: $20hr - $24hr
- The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to users, monitor and resolve support tickets, and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks.
- This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to support end-users effectively.
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or in person.

- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills for problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with patience and empathy.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Systems, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
