About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Salary Range: $80K-$90K/Annum

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, including VPs and C-suite executives.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a blend of professionalism, discretion, and proactive coordination skills, along with experience supporting executives in financial firms or system integrator (SI) companies within the New York market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives with professionalism and urgency.
  • Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM), reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate with Strategy Teams, project leads, and cross-functional groups to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive business and personal information.
  • ssist in organizing executive meetings, team events, and offsite sessions.
  • Track action items, deliverables, and timelines to ensure accountability and completion.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, FinTech, or System Integrator (SI) firms is highly desirable.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) are essential.
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with VPs and C-suite executives.
  • Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
