We are seeking dedicated individuals for Van or School Bus Driver positions. While a CDL license is advantageous, we provide PAID CDL training for those without one, setting you up for success
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Morning and afternoon split-shifts available
- Guaranteed Hours: 25-30 hours per week
- PAID CDL Permit Training
- $5000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements
- Starting Pay Rate for Van Drivers: $24.37 (Must have CDL A, B, or C with P and S Endorsement to qualify)

Job Responsibilities:
- Transport students safely and punctually to and from school.
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior to provide a secure ride.
- Comply with all relevant traffic laws and district regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Possess or be willing to obtain a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements or Class C with P & S endorsements.
- Non-CDL drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and complete CDL permit training.
