Entry-Level Full-Time Student Driver with Flexible Hours and Sign-On Bonus

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for various driving roles, including SUV, Van, or School Bus Drivers. No CDL? No problem We provide PAID CDL training to help you start your journey.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Split shifts available with morning and afternoon slots.
- Guaranteed Hours: 25-30 hours per week.
- PAID CDL Permit Training: We support you in obtaining your CDL.
- $5000 Sign-on Bonus: For fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements.
- Starting Pay Rate for Van Drivers: $24.37 (CDL A, B, or C with P and S Endorsement required).

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school.
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior for a secure ride.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and district requirements.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and address any concerns.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Hold a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements, or a Class C with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain through our free training).
- Non-CDL drivers must have a valid driver’s license and complete CDL permit training.
